Description: Our standard internal door latch provides occupants with fail-safe exit from the safe room. You can't get locked in from the outside, guaranteed.

Our Posi-Loc upgrade (pictured here in red) adds a positive lock-out feature from inside the safe room that you control. Single-motion positive lock detent pin provides instant security from intruders.

Description: Emergency LED light . Mounts to ceiling or walls. Uses 3 AAA batteries. Approximate run time of approximately 100 hours between battery replacements.

Description: The ultimate in tornado protection. 1/4” x 2” steel ribs welded to standard panels on 9” centers. Provides impact protection and safety far above and beyond FEMA requirements. Wraps the occupants in a 2" thick steel cage. Price is upgrade cost PER PANEL above standard panel pricing.
